By the by, What's interesting about working with mixed continuous and strobe lighting is that although your aperture and ISO settings affect your exposure from all light sources, your shutter speed, assuming flash sync speed or less, will only affect your exposure from continuous sources.
This allows you to adjust your exposure for each light source separately. This way you can balance the exposure from both sources in camera.
For this series, the exposure time was 1/4 seconds f2.8, so tripod, and my flash heads, being a little overpowered in this situation even at minimum power, were filtered down two stops.
